- Project Management
- UX analysis (Flows and Site map)
- Lo-Fi prototyping (basic flow)
- Hi-Fi Prototyping (complete app flow)
- Responsive Design
- Responsive Front end with HTML and CSS.
The Challenge
As business requirement, the client asked to show through the web page the high quality of the products they have, the amazing customer service they provide, the attention to detail that every customer deserves. Also, they wanted to increment the amount of sales they have by implementing this site.
Strategy:
With the requirements in mind, I did some research on what other companies in the same market space are doing.
With some information researched, I wanted to answer these questions through the design and experience of the site.
How can we transmit to the user the high quality of the product with visual design?
How can we generate leads for the business with the new site?
How can the site help the user find what he/she is looking for?
Scope:
After further analysis, I decided I wanted to have the following functions:
1. Make quotes of the products
2. Show the products by categories
3. Clear navigation structure
4. An appealing look and feel that invites the user to stay on the site.
5. Integration with social media.
6. Blog features
7. Social Proof
Structure:
I used draw.io to generate the first site map and with this give a general understanding of how information will be structured.
Skeleton:
in order to give a more visual understanding of where and how is everything connected.
Surface:
The result was a responsive site that reflects the style of the brand, using the colors provided by CI and using a mix of serif and sans serif fonts to give a more modern and high end look to the site. With a clear and modular one page navigation, that in the future will allow us to experiment with the different sections and see how the user reacts to them in order to generate more leads.
The final product is live in www.casainvitacion.com, but it is still under development. The estimated date of release is by November 2021.
